You'll receive a phone call from our Care Concierge Team to decide on a plan that works for you and your busy family.
You'll meet with an intake expert for diagnosis and next steps.
You'll work with your personal Care Coordinator to build a care plan that fits your family’s needs and works with you for the entirety of your time with us.
Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments according to need-level and the therapist's recommendation.
If necessary, get medication management and online prescriptions handled.
Check-ins and maintenance are available to Esteem families even after treatment graduation!
